Sometimes very slow service and childish people there who thinks it's funny to curse in front of customers. Sometimes the experience is good. Managers are sometimes right in line with the ones who act up and laugh along

I was in drive-thru. It took 35 minutes for 7 cars. I ordered a double cheese burger only ketchup and mustard. I finally got to the window and was sitting there for 10 more minutes, so 45 minutes total. They finally gave me my order, I drove off and my son said it wasn't correct. It had pickles and onions on it too. So I called and explained The girl(child) I spoke too, had me drive all the way back for the correct order. When I got there again, I went inside this time. I walked in to a bunch of children running the store. The employees were sitting on the counters on their phones, food on the floor, box of french fries on the floor that they were serving to customers, and more. I took a couple pictures. The girl handed me my new order and when my son opened that burger, it was wrong AGAIN. How many times can you mess up a double cheese with just ketchup and mustard on it. All they put was ketchup this time. This place is a wreck and corporate needs to handle that place.

One of the best McDonald's I ever been to, no kids playground though but customer service is great it's up to date McDonald's seating is good. the drinks all available for self serve down to fountain drinks, water and tea. Dining in was fast and simple use the kiosk or get actual customer service.

McDonald's is always good but so expensive!!!! Its as expensive as arbys anymore. Its cheaper to go to BK or taco bell or wendys However the updates to the Mcdonalds in Pittston are beautiful and they seem to have more workers than BK at moment.
