Zero stars if I could. I discussed starting a new medication based on bloodwork with Dr. Heron in my last visit. Well no one called to ever go over my bloodwork and I've called 3 times to ask about the medication and they tell me the doctor has 24-48 hours to respond. Well she never did. And what happens? Absolutely nothing. I don't know who is at fault here, the doctor or staff but it's horrible care. How could you NEVER call a patient back about bloodwork that they had? I work in the medical field and would never treat patients like this I'm disgusted.

It’s a great place to go if your looking for Doctors who care and really get to know your children. The nurses are a little bit short sometimes, but they are busy. Be carful about the receptionist, they will bill you for preventative care even when it’s included in your insurance. Guess they don’t read what service was provided while in the building and just bill your copay.

Front desk staff very friendly and professional but my experience with doctor wasn’t horrible but wasn’t that great. She was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff but needed work on how to deliver information to patient. I was a new patient so that was my first impression. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Premier has been my home for 4 years where Dr. Delisa Heron is my primary doctor. I am very pleased with the service offered by this professional, who is very sensitive, attentive to my concerns and needs as a patient and looks for treatment alternatives. When I have come to her office sad and worried about my health, she has found a way to lift my spirits to move forward and keep me adhered to my treatment. I thank Jorge Escobar, Danielle from the referral area for helping me; to Rosemary and the other girls in the reception area, to Tina the medical assistant and in the Dental Services to Dr Barinas and Dr Nazco. You guys rock!!!
