Let's just start with I been here about 3 years & I never had a complaint until they sold the property. They have sooooo many Mexicans working here now as maintenance guys but they lie & say they resolved your request, when no one has even entered your unit....The maintenance guy's just ride around all day in a golf cart but can't fix nothing.....they can't comprehend anything because they don't speak English...The office staff are unqualified for their position..literally....The trash don't get pick often....The people who purchased this property should really be ashamed....The property has devalued since the new owners has been active....The working residents are now moving out. I know because I'm a working resident & I plan to move very soon .....Over all they need to do better because I plan on calling the Baltimore health department and reporting them. They played with the wrong tenant. Thanks for reading continue to stay blessed.

I regret moving here and I just moved in not too long ago. It’s been over a month and I’m waiting for the correct lease so I can sign it. I’m told I’m waiting for corporate... it wasn’t take a month and 9 days to do so. When they wanted me to move in they were able to email a lease to me under 15 minutes, so I don’t see what the problem is. The leasing office is hard to reach and “Brandy,Brandi” at the desk mouth is a little too smart for my liking. She always sounds annoyed when I call. I hate calling into the office. I have issues to my apartment already. I have to call maintenance soon on my off day bc my tub leaks water all over the bathroom floor before that all my sinks were clogged moving in. Chipped paint and and damaged mirror in my bathroom. My heat/air takes about 5-20 mins to kick on and my kitchen light doesn’t turn on sometimes. My bedroom door doesn’t shut... I have to lift it up and slam it to shut. All these issues and I’ve been here for a month 1 week and 2 days. I was moving from out of town and asked for the whole run down of the apartment. The office failed to tell me the bedrooms don’t come with lighting. Now I have to go out and buy lamps. Not a big deal but I would’ve loved for someone to tell me this ahead of time. I was billed for days that I didn’t move in and I’m still waiting for corporate to fix that as well: if I didn’t move in, have my keys or handed over a deposit. I’m not paying for something I didn’t use. Beautiful area and the apartment is in a perfect location close to stores and hospitals. The lease said nothing about storm water charges and you get charged $2-3 for them printing your water bill out, you don’t have the option to go Payless. But I’m seriously thinking about breaking my lease and I’m a brand new resident. I will never moving without seeing the place again... because the pictures I got wasn’t what my placed looked like but that’s on me. They never showed me around or explained anything to me. My key didn’t even work for laundry. They don’t have a card system or a coin machine. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes. It’s $2-3 to wash and almost $2 to dry and you still get wet clothes. I’m not happy at all... kinda wish I would’ve stayed with the apartment I picked out before this one. $1,055 for a newly remodeled apartment and all these issues. I’m writing this review because of my experience with the front desk and my next office I will request for all this to be fixed.

This place is so clean and the rental office is so super nice. The apartments are beautiful and the entry to get in is very tech. I do suggest maybe changing all the doors since they're so old and review their pet policy for small pets.. I don't think they charge pet rent for a hamster I don't think. I have movers move me in and they love the apartment. I think patio key locks would be an awesome super plus so you don't have to walk all the way around to get in.. to me it's 5 stars for the price you pay...thank you Aya and assistance manager😊😊

I am approaching my 2 full month of being a resident. It's a pretty nice place. They sponsored several free summer activities for the residents, which I thought was great. The staff is pretty friendly and maintenance's presence is visible. They respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. Plenty of parking and landscape to allow children and pets to run around. Patios are a good size, too. Interior is decently spacious (2 bedroom) and hallways are kept up also. The property looks like the photos posted online. Key-entry (you have to get buzzed in if you're not a tenant) is a plus for me. Most anyone would enjoy being a resident in this community.

I've been here for 2years I haven't seen a mouse since September. They do have guys come out to do preventive treatment every Tuesday if you want to. No theft or violence in the apartment community.
It depends on if you have a renovated unit and when you are looking to move in because they could be running a special. It would be best to check with the leasing office as rental prices tend to increase based on the demand.
I am not sure the one bed room is 985 So probably around 1200
10am-5 mon-fri day and 10:30-3:30 Saturday.. it changes from time to time
