I went early as a walk in and only waited about 30 min to see a doctor. Reasonable co-pay and the ladies at the front desk were super nice and very helpful, however my doctor couldn't have cared less. She didn't notice the bruising around the base of my toe, never asked what I did for work, ignored me when I said I couldn't move my toes, and spoke over me multiple times. When I told her ibuprofen and ice haven't been helping for past two days and I continue to get worse, she told me to use ibuprofen and ice for improvement. Not sure if she was listening at all or understood the pain I was in while she moved my toe around and I kept saying "ouch!" when she told me to stay off my feet for two days she acted surprised when I asked for a work note and then never signed it. From beginning to end I felt like an inconvenience to her for seeking medical care. Won't be back.

EVERY SINGLE BAD REVIEW OF THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY ACCURATE!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD! Do not make an appointment, they will take walk ins before you! The staff is more concerned with gabbing behind the counter to make sure people are being seen. If my appointment was not for a pre employment exam(the company that hired me has contract with them I assume)I would have walked out!

Terrible Urgent Care Center...waited approximately 1.5 hours with an appointment before being seen. One of the receptionist at the front check in desk was too busy responding to personal text message to wait on me. (She was the older lady). When I got to see the doctor or PA she was very rude and curt. I cannot believe you had the audacity to collect my copay for really doing nothing to help me. I will never recommend or darken your doorstep again and will report the type of service I received to my Insurance Carrier hoping that they remove you from their network!!!

Sadly I can not give more than 1 star. Arrived early for a 3:40 appointment. Simple athletic physical. Didn't get called back until 4:12. Was waiting for the Dr. Took so long I didn't leave until 5:15. Why have an appointment if it is going to take so long?
