For the past 5 years I have taken both my daughters to this office. The care provided to the patients have declined to a point that is concerning. Not sure if filing a MQA complaint for negligence would make a difference. My two year old was back to back for 4 months diagnosed with "stomach virus" never once did any one take a minute to think "hey is constant maybe is something else". Good thing a mother's instincts never falters and she ended up diagnosed with allergies and reflux by a good caring Doctor. My husband, wanting to give this place a second opportunity took my eldest daughter yesterday due to an ear infection. This morning when he went to request the prescription to be sent else where we got a "doctor will get to it when they can which btw the doc is not here today and please leave we have other patients to attend" as if my 6 year old was not a patient in need of medicine. All it needed was a phone call and a fax and they refuse to do that because all they care is billing billing and "tending" to patients in the office to bill the health and patient and that is it. Not one once of care or decent empathy. Needless to say; I will make sure to get the word out and make sure people find caring facilities for their babies because this facility and specially the front office who are the "face" of the MDs definitely do not care.

I saw Dr. Sabia for my daughter recently and she was great! She was very informative and went above and beyond with answering ANY of my questions. She provides information without making you feel less for not knowing. I enjoyed our conversation. Thank you!

I drive 30 minutes to see Dr Karen Baldwin, she is amazing. She never rushes through an appointment and takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She is one of the best pediatricians I have ever taken my son.

Starting to lose faith quickly. Every call is a huge wait time. First issue was getting my kids RX filled. They have asthma and were having trouble. Took over a week to fill the RX and they forgot one medication. Since it took so long to get their meds, one of my kids ended up in the ER and admitted. Asthma is not something you can wait on. Sending in an RX to the pharmacy literally takes about 4 secs to do. Next issue, trying to get a referral sent is awful. I cant make the appointment with the specialist until they have received the referral. Called two now, and both times they stated they didn't have the specialist office information. I provided this information twice now. Then was told it would take 48 to 72 hours to get sent. Again, something that take 4 seconds to send will take 2-3 days? I miss our old doctor. We only switched because our originally doctor moved out of state. The doctors we've seen here have been really nice but trying to get anything done here is awful. I know I'm going to get the generic reply, we are sorry to hear please contact us. Why would I contact you to explain the troubles when you're going to put me on hold foe 30 minutes ?
