When I first came in, they turned me away even though the hours state that this urgent care is open till 8 pm, and I came in at 7:02 pm, and they said they would not treat me. I came back the next day, and the front desk acted like I had a disease when other patients were treated as old friends. The medical associate who took my vitals and asked for my reason for the visit was curt and would not listen to how I felt and said I had COVID. The BP was taken when I was rushed into the back, resulting in a high reading. Deplorable bedside manners from her. The doctor was the only one who was kind and patient and let me express the feelings I was experiencing without saying I had COVID and didn't let me talk like the medical assistant did. I am very disgusted with the experience since my experience with St. Joseph's Bay Care was exceptional, and I thought the same care would happen here. There is no need to call since all my concerns are stated here, but I do believe the one who is in charge of this urgent care needs to talk to the staff here and express what they expect out of their medical staff. This was so poor, and I have had better experiences at other urgent cares. I would only go back for the doctor who had seen me that day.

Dr Andrew placed my stitches purposely in a angle that the laceration will heal as intended without hindrance. The care was clearly explained by each professional that I encountered and I felt supported in my entire experience. I definitely will tell anyone seeking urgent care about this facility. Keep up the excellent work, I am very grateful for your services.

I was treated like a criminal because the office staff did not understand how insurance works. I informed the staff that I had already met my deductible and out of pocket requirements for my insurance, but was told I could not receive treatment if I did not pay a co-pay. I asked them to contact my insurance to clear up the matter, but the staff refused to do so. I asked to sneak to a supervisor, but there was not a supervisor on duty. It was a demeaning experience.

The doctors and nurse practitioner were very helpful and kind. You can monitor how many people are ahead of you in line by visiting the website. This will help you determine when it's bust or not. The nurse practitioner was extremely good with my son who got play doh wedged in his ear. They were funny and made the process smooth. I recommend. The office was also clean.
