The community itself is not the worst, but the HOA and the ladies at the front desk at this so-called "communtiy center" are straight from hell! (well, about 99% of them at least) Like, who even hired them?!?!? Summerfield, do better!!!

Community center staff are unprofessional. The staff needs to be trained thoroughly on policies & procedures and DISCRIMINATION. HOA & community policies are ridiculous, change frequently and don't even make common sense. Why have the amenities if residents are unable to utilize them? They might as well not have a community center for the residents residing. They make things very difficult for the residents and don't seem to provide solutions or empathy towards the concerns you have. I would NOT recommend purchasing or renting in this community!

Their club house is always clean. They have monitors with information about some classes. Their pool always have an employee reinforcing the rules.
