The employees are the best. I went to pick up my bike and they said they dropped a tool on the bike and there was a chip in the paint smaller than a crumb and they said that they’ll throw in a water bottle holder and a $25 credit back because it was a new bike I would highly recommend if you looking for either repairs or a new bike if i could rate them out of 100 it would be 100/100. Excellent job guys! Keep up the good work!

We were on the hunt for a comfortable bicycle for my wife who has limited experience with bike riding. The sales associate that helped us, asked questions that helped provide insight and confidence on our intended purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all not pushy. He was an expert guide that made our shopping experience that much more enjoyable. On the flip side of the coin, the bike shop was well stocked with bicycles and all the ancillary equipment one would want as a bicycle enthusiast at any level. Most everything appeared to be reasonably and competitively priced. I would highly recommend Brandon Bike Works to anyone looking for their next set of bike wheels.

Excellent customer service. I did come to purchase a bike on my initial visit, but at no time did I feel they were trying to talk me into buying one that day. They allowed me to ride a few bikes to find the one I felt just right for me. No pressure, just great assistance in helping me and making me an informed consumer.
