Took our son there 40 minutes before closing with a matter that took 15 minutes to diagnose and treat. Nurse and Doctor was incredibly rude. My son didn’t know how to take a pill, he’s 9. The nurse says, “well you’re making my life difficult”. They rushed us out the door 8:50pm and locked the door and turned off the lights before I could even get to my car. There’s no excuse for this kind of professionalism (or lack of) when dealing with kids! Choose another urgent care!!!

Checked in at 950am for a DOT/DCF physicals and it’s now 1pm. Front desk acted as if they were doing me a favor. I was forgotten in the exam room and the doctor went to lunch and didn’t complete my other paperwork. 3 hours for a physical is unacceptable. And they aren’t busy!!!! What happened to the patients rights of respect…

Son's in the military and came to visit on leave. They used his military ID card for payment, no issues or copay. He was seen within a 15 minute wait for pink eye and was givin a script for eye drops. The front desk, nurses and the doc were all great.

As I write this I still can’t believe this happened . I went in there to be evaluated on 4/27. I explained to the front desk girl that my chest was heavy and it felt like I was having some trouble breathing. The office girl went back to the doctor to make sure this was something the doctor would be comfortable treating. She then came back and told me the doctor would evaluate me but just so I knew they don’t write for anti anxiety medications. I have never been profiled as a prescription abuser and just got out of the ER . I have bronchitis which was clearly detectable had the doctor at this facility actually did her job and evaluated prior to making an unfounded and completely false accusation. Suncoast Urgent care please respond with that doctors name and medical license number I was will be filing a complaint with the board of medicine .
