What was once a great location has become an unsafe environment at night since mgmt leased 2 East Wells to Papis bar and restaurants. There are constant crowds in street at night , many nights of fights outside and making us feel very uncomfortable walking outside our apts . There is now no parking in streets for our guests and this place has become a gathering place for crowds outside after drinking at bar. There are 6 of us leaving here after paying several thousand dollars a month with safer options now available in Federal hill. We will be contacting the police regularly as well as our councilman and news outlets to make aware when we see crowds lingering and fighting etc This needs to be addressed immediately or what you receive in rent from Papis will be more than offset what you lose in rent I would suggest for starters that they require security at door and outside and utilize valet parking only like the previous restaurant Minnow did where they used 2 east wells parking garage as parking for restaurant . If you care about your residents you will make changes

Lived here for 5 years and just moved out last month to a newer and less expensive apartment complex up the road. First 4 years were fine but things really changed once Lincoln Property Management took over. It's clear they're not motivated to retain current tenants or attract new ones as prices aren't competitive to several other properties in the area. I observed a number of vacant apartments throughout the building and numerous tenants moving out while minimal moving in. I have experienced first hand numerous domestic disputes of tenants through out the night causing MANY sleepless nights. Several emails and verbal complaints have been directed at LPC, without resolution. A friend (on a different floor and side of the building) and myself had to call Baltimore Police a couple times as the disputes took on a violent nature. Other issues include: 1.) Trash chutes regularly being clogged and unaddressed for weeks at a time until Baltimore health department was called and had to visit the property 2.) Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night three times over the course of a year due to tenants smoking in their units and throwing a lit object in the trash chute! 3.) Large fireworks (beyond firecrackers and bottle rockets) being set off in the COURTYARD! 4.) Numerous encounters with mice in dwelling...adopt a cat!! 5.) Various building entrances broken for weeks/months one end without resolve resulting in unsecured access to the complex 6.) Homeless individuals wondering in the "secured" parking garage checking unlocked cars for valuables...garage door was broken for several months 7.) It's a revolving door of property managers...clear indicator of turbulence within the company in my opinion I can honestly say that 90% of the reason that I began looking in to other properties was due to the fact of neighbors being disorderly with late night yelling and loud music ...and I am a heavy sleeper. I literally had ZERO issues with the property in the first 4 years.

My wife and I lived in Baltimore for 4 years and during our last year lived here in 1901 and it was such a pleasure living at this apartment complex. We lived in a row home for the first 3 and while that was fun and exciting, it came with a ton of problems such as our landlord and parking. When our landlord told us they were selling the row home, my wife and I had to move quickly into a new place and 1901 made that transition very easy. During our stay, our lives became so much easier and less stressful, it really was worth every penny. For one thing, being able to leave whenever we wanted because we now had a parking garage made exploring so much easier. Having such a friendly concierge "E" was so uplifting and a highlight of my day, not to mention now our Amazon packages were safe just took away another level of stress I use to constantly be under. Also have a gym in the complex made working out so much easier and made me more accountable of it, there were no excuses I could make to not get moving, the gym was where I lived. And finally my favorite part of 1901 was being able to pet all the dogs that lived in the complex. A very pet friendly location where you can get all your pats in without having to take care of your own fur baby yourself. I can't thank the staff at 1901 for all their help and hospitality, I wish I could have just picked the place up and dropped it in California. Thank you guys so much for everything, we miss you all so much!

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I am in love with the building. The apartment is beautiful and the staff is amazing and very helpful. Sanari worked with me all summer to find the exact unit I wanted and assisted me throughout the move in process. Ebony who works the front desk is very nice and always alerts me about my packages in a timely manner. I submitted a service request at 2PM on a weekday at work and it was taken care of by the time I got home a few hours later! The building is very close to I-95 and very quiet. It doesn't even seem like I am in the city. Highly recommend!

The rent depends on the unit you get. You would have to call and set up a tour and see.
