The mice are terrible, they come to “patch” holes with my suggestion, after I told them numerous times about the mice, pest control came out and there are still mice, what took the cake is my 2year old daughter was playing with a dead mouse , had it in her hand and mouth.. Old management had better attitudes when asking for assistance. This new management act like that didn’t know what to expect dealing with residential issues, like it’s our fault!

Great management, responds to any concerns in time and very cordial. Ashley and Courtney at the leasing office are the best team. They help you out and they do it with a smile. Initially came here by mistake as I was misdirected to the wrong address, but I'm sure it was pure luck. Never regretted signing my lease, still loving the community. Thanks guys Update: Moved out in 2020 to own home.

Pros: Maintenance is A-1. Leasing was easy and simple. Spacious floorplan. Plenty of parking even if not available in the parking lot. Affordable living that you can grow into. Cons: Mice problem! but it's resolved promptly if you contact management. But you have to stay on top of it at all times.

The landscape is well kept all year long. Besides noisey neighbors from time to time, this is a nice place to live. Parking is very limited. The maintenence staff are nice and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room washing machines need to be replaced.
