The maintenance is very disappointing. I have been suffering from a ceiling leaking problem for about six months and it never been solved! At first they cut the ceiling, left it open for days, and closed it again with nothing fixed. I had to breath the dust from ceiling with accuracy no meaning at all. Now I have to call several times until they show up, but still the problem remains unsolved. I’m really tired of calling them again and again for the same problem. It also took more than three months for them to replace my glass door to patio, which was damaged by their outdoor maintenance. It was a two layer door and the outside one was broken. I had only one glass in the cold winter and pay super high utility bills until then finally replaced it. And the ridicules things is they replaced the good door! So I still have only glass now, probably with sealing.

Serious rat problem! Mice coming from the front door, huge rat hole behind my stove that no one came to fix after I called multiple times. Huge spiders 🕷 one walls. I don’t feel like this is my own this is the pest house, I’m just a visitor 😢

Recently moved into this apartment complex from Essex, I must say 3 words, I LOVE IT. The staff and management team are superior. My apartment is very warm and welcoming. Close to the highway and lots of stores, very convenient for me and my family! Thank you guys
