Just coming back to give them 1 stars because after they tried to play with me, took my review down, & I still gave them the benefit of the doubt & tried come back to lease with them because I actually liked the layout of the apartments. But was told I either had a balance to pay them which I don’t! I paid whatever amount they wanted in full when I broke my lease, then tried to say my credit was a factor. Which was a lie as well because when I first leased with them my credit wasn’t the best. I know if I go somewhere else and get denied because they put that I had a eviction on my rental history when I really broke the lease I’m going to sue.

I toured a 2 bedroom apartment here. London was such a great help answering all my questions she was very courteous, welcoming, and friendly she made me feel like I have known her for years. Walking through the apartment I found it to be very spacious. It had new kitchen cabinets and appliances. I love the open-style kitchen with the bar top. So, you can have friends sitting in the dining room and still be able to have a conversation while in the kitchen. The bedrooms had plenty of room for my furniture, the smaller bedroom is also very big as well. I also like that the building doors are locked so, not just anyone can come in. I can't wait to move into my new home. I will be recommending Woodington West to my friends and family.

Ms. London is definitely a great asset to Atlantic property. She's very professional, kind and takes pride of her work. Moving from a different state to another (MD) was already a headache but Ms. London went above and beyond to make sure I have a place to move in. I had a very limited time in front of me. So TIME was very challenging. The 1st apt that I came down to look at wasn't ready. Then she switched me over to another apt imagine you, I live 3 hrs away so everything was done via texts and emails. Then found out that 2nd apt wouldn't be ready not until 2/2/22 but my time was very limited because I had to return my keys to my old apt on 1/27/22 & start my new job on 1/31/22.. So on 1/26/22, she did her thing and was able to accommodate me to another apt. I can't thank you enough Ms. London. I'm very thankful for all of your help
