Went yesterday for an appointment.. supposed to send my refills ,they didn't..been trying to call and nothing.. my pharmacy even called them and nothing.. been out of my Prozac for few days now.. will be finding a place closer to me now

I go here because of my bipolar And they keep setting me up with a Dr. Who don't speak English, not only that I asked to have my meds change and he wouldn't do it. I asked before I left to switch to a different med Dr. And now they won't answer my calls.

This place has been reported several times. They take several days or a week to call back IF they call back at all. Trying to reach your dr to adjust your meds, get a refill or switch your meds when you tell them they are making your mental health issues worse, shouldn't be so incredibly hard. The dr always talks on speaker phone so it isn't a private or comforting call. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that has mental health issues because they do not listen to the patients, they don't care about their patients well being. Anywhere else would be better than here.

Worst place ever. First of all, they don't make appointments for your first visit. So you have to go and sit in the waiting room for who knows how long. I was there for 4 hours before finally being seen. Then I got to make a therapy appointment, but was only available a month and a half away. I was very upset but like ok whatever. A month and a half goes by. Its finally time. I drive over 30 minutes to get there just to be told "Oooo your therapist called out sick today." I'm like what the heck why didn't anybody tell me? I say "Okay what can we do about that?" And then she shrugged at me and kept typing on her computer! She says "I can book you for an appt a month away" LIKE WHAT? I drove an hour total for a place to tell me to come back 2 months after I waited 4 hours to see a therapist. Save your time. Don't go here.
