I was called by my dealer Friday morning, and told the Maverick just arrived. This was after being told the day before it was still in Arizona and would not be here until later this month. So I was excited to go and get it. My sales rep Ron was very good at letting us know when it would be ready. So we went to Bill Currie Ford of Tampa. We met Ron and he took us over to see the truck, They were just finishing the detailing. We then returned to the office and did the paperwork. There was no bait and switch or any add on at the last minute. It was the agreed upon price when we ordered the truck back in Sept 21. We paid our down payment, got our military discount and financed the truck for 2.5%,interest for 72 months. This was a very quick transaction compared to previous car buying experiences. We got to the Dealership about 3:30 PM and were done by 5:30 PM. This included the walk around and Ron showing my wife about the different features. We were done so fast we went out to dinner so we could miss the rush hour traffic. Best Friday the 13th ever!!!

My first time around with Bill Currie Ford was a rough experience. But that’s the past. This time around was a total 180. My sales man Tanner was so polite and helped me with everything I needed for my new truck. He made the deal I want happen and still checks in to make sure I’m good to go. My advice, ask for him. Grace was a amazing help both times around. She righted the wrongs she could the first time around and the second time she made sure I was taken care of. An absolute sweetheart. Finally one of the main guys to give me peace of mind BOTH times around was Brandon my service advisor. He made sure every detail was taken care of with my new truck and then some. I cannot say thank you enough to that crew. When I posted my negative review some people really agreed with me, BUT NOW, give them a chance. I’d still say ask for one of the young sales guys, other than that give them a fair shot. Customer service is definitely something they want to meet for you.

Good luck with them I bought a new transit 2020 and they can't align it they told me they couldn't adjust the caster and camber I'm already tired of taking it to get it fixed and every time I leave the car there it's for a weeks right now it been there for two week I go now to see and they tell me that I need 4 new tires and that I have to pay for them I imagine that the caster and camber were adjusted by themselves

Jack H...poor answer for a guide. Go be a troll somewhere else. Stacey, If blinking it means your anti theft system is activated. Check your battery first And make sure it has a good charge and is not going bad. If you can't start your car with any of its keys, you'll need to reset the system by unhooking the negative cable on your battery for 15 minutes. Hook back up and try starting again. If that does not work, you'll need to take it to a Certified Technician to get it checked out. Good luck!
