What a great experience! We just purchased our first BMW from BMW of Tampa and I must say the entire experience was so smooth! I happened upon a Mercedes online and inquired about it online. Within 10 minutes I had a call from Steve. I told Steve that I had just begun to look at luxury vehicles and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but the red Mercedes sure was pretty. Steve scheduled me an appointment for the following day at 10:30! I hadn't planned to buy that day I just wanted to look at options (however, I brought my car title just in case 😉) Steve was helpful and showed us several vehicles. He was not pushy or stuck up or arogant or rude. Steve met us where we were at and treated us with kindness and respect. I told him what my price range was and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. Steve pulled up a comprehensive list of all the vehicles on the lot that met my criteria in less than 5 Minutes! Despite the heat Steve showed me vehicle after vehicle until I found one I liked. Of course it was out of my price range but Steve worked a deal and made it work! After I made my choice Steve did the rest while my husband and I relaxed in the air conditioning! I'd like to recognize Nichole as well. She is a huge asset to that company! She deserves a raise!! She was able to get us acquainted with our new vehicle and even took us around to look at cars while Steve was busy! She even offered to come to our house to help us set up our garage door opener on our vehicle!! Now that's customer service!! Give that woman a raise BMW!! Overall we had a seamless experience and we will return.

This was one of the most pleasurable car buying experience I ever had. I recently purchased a x5 and I couldn’t be more happier. I worked with Erick Martinez. He was very nice, knowledgeable and will help you decide on what fits you best. The process was smooth and faster then ive imagined. His smile, happiness and energy of working with us made us feel very welcomed and comfortable and also put a smile on my moms face :) . It was a pleasure of meeting him. I would very much recommend him if you need anybody with the most car experience. They also have a great team with positive attitudes and I love all of them for helping me. They’re helpful. We had a great experience at BMW of Tampa Bay. During a time when used cars are at a all time shortage and we really didn't need another car, who would've thought we would find the car of our dreams. We have never owned a BMW, but the excellent service we received from Ilker Burnukara Sales Advisor, Chelsea the BMW Genius Specialist and Cole the finance person was top notch! Having a customer service background, I have become accustomed to not always receiving the best service, but I will tell you this team gave us the very BEST customer service. I love my 640i convertible, it is beautiful. Thanks again Ilker and team!!!!!
