Found the Groupon but ended up upgrading my package. Toni was my photographer and she was a breath of fresh air. Very kind, very professional, and very in love with her craft. She made everything super easy and we got some awesome shots! I’m new to the area but I think I found my photo studio for all future occasions.

I do not recommend but for the price of Groupon what more can you expect? The color and quality of the portraits were poor, the time the photographer actually takes in getting a good pose and picture is POOR. I give 5 stars to the customer service of cashier's. That's it.

Horrible experience. Completely rushed and my photos were not cropped or zoomed in correctly. My daughter's arm was cut out and they would not retake one photo. I get other families were waiting but I was also early and out only 10 minites after my scheduled appointment time. I have been going there for 6 years. Today they have lost my business forever.

I worked with Nicole today and had a really good experience. I usually tense up when I/we get professional pictures taken but she made me feel at ease. She is also very detailed oriented; made sure my hair looked right and such. I will definitely schedule our family pictures with her come April. Note: I gave four stars because Nicole was the only one working there and she had to handle both customers and phone calls, so there was a bit of a wait. That's not her fault. Her service, during the shoot though, was five star.
