I order from this location probably once a week and I'm always greeted by the same employee who is always so sweet and makes sure i yave everything i ordered. The pizza is always SO delicious and hot when I come to pick it up.

It's ok but it will never be the same as the older traditional pizza hut up the road w the big comfy seats and the fireplace in the middle and was always a great place to go to on the budget lol

I was delivered the wrong order and called to have the mistake rectified. I was told that they would rectify the situation (which they ended up doing) but the manager called me back and almost implied that I was just trying to get free food. I typically order from here with no problems and no complaints so I was a bit taken aback to be made to feel like I was lying. At the end of the day I received my meal in the correct way and it was delicious but I do not like the implication that I was attempting anything other than getting the food that I ordered.

I walked in the store at exactly 11am. I was the first customer of the day. I ordered and sat, waiting. I was very surprised to see every table soiled from yesterday's customers, many receipts under the tables too. The fountain soda machine had three products designated as empty, and boxes littered the counters and trash receptacle. It's a horrible first look, and obviously if cleanliness and sanitary practices aren't performed up front, they're also not performed in the back during food preparation. As for the product itself -- not bad. I know what freshly proofed pizza hut dough tastes like, and mine had sat a while. It wasn't too egregious, but not completely fresh. (For those who don't know, Pizza Hut pizza dough comes in a box of frozen discs and they're soaked in oil overnight for proofing). Anyway, cheese was skimpy, which is a Pizza Hut trademark these days. Overall it wasn't exactly a satisfying experience and due to the lack of cleanliness, there's no way I'll be back.
