Joke of a company. I cancelled service months ago, they said I’m all good on payments, now they’re calling threatening to send me to collections, saying their rep made a mistake. Don’t settle for them, atnt fiber which is faster, is available in our area now, it’s cheaper too

This place is nice but sucks… always waiting more than 30 min just to pay a bill and the kiosk is always broken. Empty window and employees just standing around. The old location might have been out dated but at least it was fast.

Long wait times, only one agent was helping and all the others just stand idle on their stations killing time, doing nothing, just going in and out of the back door or simply just standing and staring at the monitor or at the window. Not helpful at all.

The wait was 30 mins long for a 10 second equipment return. (I times it) Gonzalo's said people prefer UPS store drop off cause there is no wait, and they box everything up for you. Other than that, the place was clean, helpful and friendly staff.
