Long waits. Randomly turns off their mobile order/credit card machines. One time they did this and had me wait 10 mins at the ordering box, then proceeded to tell me their machines were down. Never going back.

WORST PLACE EVER! There’s always an issue @ this location. Whatever you order they always make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Their employees don’t know squat about customer service & they somehow think it’s okay to CLOSE while people are waiting in line without giving any legitimate reason when they’re suppose open 24/7! Beyond unprofessional. This place should be cleaned out. All their employees are total trash.

Service was extremely slow.. it took over 30 minutes to get 2 jumbo jacks, really! While waiting for my food, saw one employee spraying and cleaning in back of food prep area where there were cooked items sitting in a rack. Gross! Place should have been cleaned before or after hours. Yum frying oil mixed with cleaning liquids. Won't ever go back there again and will tell all my family and friends about my visit to this location.

Just got onion rings around midnight -1am. They were soooo good. 10/10 however the chocolate croissant would be a pass. Like a 6/10. It kinda tastes like a warm greasy chocolate donut. The flavors were good but it wasn't crispy, flakey or resemble a croissant
