Customer service is horrible. Female who works in the mornings in the drive thru always has an attitude & doesn’t even wear her name tag to top it off. Why work there if your not happy with your job. Not only that she read my order right and once I checked my food at home it was all incorrect, even my cheesy bacon burger didn’t even come with any bacon either and NEVER received my receipt.

My experience at the jack in box was not good my order was mixed up I order a ultimate cheeseburger Sandra gave me a kids cheeseburger and I order again to order ultimate burger I got bacon ultimate cheeseburger mixed up my order again. I ask what was her name Sandra said I don’t have a name she close the window on me and told me to go away also on the receipt says oscar that was not the person who attended me
