This insurance company sent their male RN without a face mask and any form of ID to a patient during the pandemic. RN was banging to the door demanding the door to be opened or else he said police is coming - this is extremely unprofessional as police aren't even paramedics to help a patient in case it may have been be necessary. Moreover they actually contacted a wrong person about the visit - a home attendant - without the authorization from the patient which violates HIPAA. The visit was never scheduled and instead they sent some man who wanted to get a signature from the patient for this man to get paid. If you need good care be prepared for the fair hearing and possibly to file title 78.
