My go to fast food spot, what helps is that it's like a 2 minute drive from my house. The staff amazes me at how they're holding their own with so many cars passing through.

This particular location had very bad customer service. A customer asked about utensils and syrup missing and was answered with " I know we will get it to you ". I had already eaten and it made me wonder about the food if they don't care about basics

The service was very bad. The waitress toke my card and hand back to me, then she just walked away from the drive thru window. A different waitress came to the window and ask me for my card. I told her the other person already took my card but gave it back to me. I gave my card to she ran it and said sorry but we ran your card twice. And I must call the card company to get my refund. I said not you must reverse the charge she said no and just walked away. I stayed at the drive up window for about 5 mins. She never gave me my receipt. I left

They got my breakfast order wrong and gave me egg sausage and cheese instead of just the sausage and cheese without eggs the difference in price was $10 that I was charged versus the $4 that it should have ben. The good part is the manager intervened after I try to explain to an employee that I wanted my food replaced and the difference in my money refunded. The first guy working there was not really understanding. The manager replaced the sandwiches gave me the refund and gave me an extra hash browns and a large soda. So at least they made it right and did it as quick as possible
