Zombie Oozaru

I usually order Medium iced chai latte with less ice almost everyday but now that a medium iced cup of milk with chai is more then gallon of milk being 4.79$ I won’t subject myself to this at all. Nothing lasts forever.. I remember paying around 3$ which was still very high for a cup iced chai milk. Besides that a entire brand new building design and no second row drive thru for all the traffic?? Must be the money now days right? Shuts down builds new design doesn’t add 2 drive thru for it’s over whelming customers and doubles prices on drinks…that’s called fraud on my behalf 🤦‍♂️

More worried about their tips than anything. Was the only one in, ordered cold coffee (iced) got my donut and watched one who took my order talk and count tip money while I waited 5 minutes before I said something. She was like OH! then they made it. Couldn’t tell what she said (foreign language) but seemed like it was a burden for her to ACTUALLY make my drink after forgetting it. Like she got an attitude because I wasn’t happy..smh. Not the first bad experience either. Always over toast bagels so I stopped getting them here weeks ago.

After being told they were out all the time at various locations they finally said that DD no longer carries barverian creme only boston creme donuts. They have also stop making the ham, egg and cheese croissant. They are usually out of a couple types of donuts everytime we get a dozen. It feels like they are more into being another coffee place than a donut place. It must be why they took Donuts off their name. So Sad.

This Dunkin gets my simple coffee order (coffee and almond milk) wrong 90% of the time. Usually end up with my coffee almost white with cream or with overly sweet flavors in it. They need to pay more attention. I'll go out of my way to another franchise until then.
