Im giving this location two stars because the young woman at the grooming station was kind and apologetic for the company policy, but petsmart overall gets a zero from me as their muzzle policy is totally backwards and outdated. I tried to bring my boxer in to this store today to have a quick nail trim. I was informed upon entering the salon area that petsmart has a policy in which they refuse to do any service on a dog which enters the store with a muzzle. I muzzle my dog as a safety precaution when he is in unfamiliar environments or around unfamiliar dogs as should every responsible dog owner. Dogs are animals with unpredictable behaviors when in unfamiliar or stressful environments. I find it ironic that petsmart has a whole section on their website in their FAQ section about grooming services that says their expert salon staff should be made aware of any nervous triggers for your pet and any calming techniques. Well, my dog remains calm when in his muzzle as that is how he is trained and feels safest around unfamiliar people and animals. Petsmart in that same section online admits that a pet store and groomers are very stressful places for many pets. Wouldn’t the store than be grateful that responsible dog owners are muzzling their pets as a precaution? Petsmart should end this policy, especially for dogs who do not require a muzzle to be groomed, but simply wear one upon entering a new place. The policy is completely anti-safety despite petsmart claiming to have pet safety as their number one priority.

Great customer service! Super friendly helpful staff too! Bought a new fish tank among other things on our last visit. Came home and the light fixture was broken and we couldn't find the receipt. They happily gave us a new light fixture after verifying our purchase in their system. We love our new tank and so do our fish!

Arrived for our pawdicure appointment at 4:55 or 4:58, our appointment was at 5p.m. When entering grooming area, one of the techs was walking out and said "you're my 4:30 and you're late." This was a very random and rude statement when first encountering someone. We were confused and said "No, were on time, our appointment is at 5." However, the tech insisted that we were her 4:30 and late. I am guessing the individual behind the computer was in charge, she also informed the snotty remarking individual that we had a 5 o'clock appointment. Needless to say after three people told the tech our apt was at 5 she played it off and apologized. The fact this was someone's first reaction to greet customers with a snarky remark without even knowing what they're talking about is just rude, unproffesional, and unnecessary.

This location in particular i can speak for not so sure about all the others. The staff has always been nice to me. I love that they price match, it is the only reason i come here, otherwise theyre expensive. Dont buy crickets in a box you pay more and they usually are some dead in it. Your better off getting their ones they bag for you. They dont generally have a wide selection of animals and ive never seen all of the displays full but their animals are usually healthy so if you want a reptile i would pick here over petco for sure. Ive gotten a crested gecko from this location and hes doing good. This place is loaded with great decorations for reptiles i get all my pets stuff from here. Ill show you some of their stuff. My beardie LOVES his new hammock 😍

Their fish sometimes have ick which is a fungus. I'd take them back and make them replace them. That's ridiculous. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Hope you have a great day
