Absolutely lacking in hearing what the patient says or is trying to explain about the on going issues. The person I saw ignored what I was telling her in order to weight shame me, repeatedly going back to that issue and referring to surgery to weight loss and basically said she wouldn't run certain tests that I requested because she felt my pain issues where solely based on weight. As well as telling me even if people aren't diabetic those meds are given now a lot for "help with weight loss". This practice has gone down hill badly.

Intown Primary "Don't care" is the WORST health care center. Expect to wait a couple of months for an appointment with anyone there IF you can ever reach someone to make an appointment. Horrible and shouldn't be in busy. After 15 years, done -- next!

Incredibly difficult to get a hold of the staff to make an appointment. It is not uncommon to call them SEVERAL times per day for multiple days if not a whole week before you can get someone to pick up the phone. This makes it incredibly difficult to get your prescriptions refilled so fully expect to have to go without. ALSO, a whole hour before closing they will flat out stop receiving calls so keep that in mind for when you're trying to get a hold of them.

Really bad customer service by the front desk (both virtual and in person). I had a nice PA, but rarely got to see a doctor and the staff is rude and dismissive. Their eye-rolling was also out of control.

They are nowhere near there. He would want to see you in person. Go look at the FTM groups in Tennessee and that would help.

Do you accept United Health insurance? How soon can I set up an appointment?

I don't work there but I do have UHC and they do accept. They offer appointments 7 days a week. Yes even Saturday and Sunday. I usually can get right in.
