I went to Emory to get a CPAP. I went through their entire process to get one. The process took 90 days. I called them regularly for updates, but they did not return my calls. They did not order the CPAP machine in the time required by my insurance. So seven months into what should have been a three month process, they told me I had to start over. They did not apologize.

I've been going to Emory I think for nearly a decade now. I live in Michigan and it's been worth the effort to have Dr. Rye and to participate in a study with Dr. Trotti. If you have IH, don't hesitate to go here. They are the best around for this rare disorder and I love them!

havent even done the study yet and it gets one star. impossible to reach anyone directly without going through emory call center. sending messages and leaving voicemails dont work. even when the doctor himself wants it expedited, you get crickets.
