Don’t bother to go there. Now they are charging everything regardless of income. My family went to get a flu shot and it took 3 hours to get it. They left for an hour break and left them waiting to finally get the shot after asking multiple times why it was taking so long. Horrible, get a shot for 20 at Costco instead.

Do not bother with this place. I scheduled an appointment nearly a month out, then got informed through the app only 14 hours before my appointment that my doctor had cancelled my appointment because "he was going to be out of office". No one available to reschedule or do anything for me day-of. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Mercy Care only provides basic preventive and restorative care. This includes: exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings & extractions. They would have to refer you out for any surgical procedures...
Not the first visit. You need to be there before 6:30 am to be worked in. After that you will get an appointment each time.
Horrible customer service and they don't give pertinent information that the patient needs to know...
you need to go in and ask about your glasses I'm sure that if they would give them to you
Yes in Jesus Name!!!
Walk ins are always welcome but appointments are encouraged due to potentially long wait times.
