While leaving Petco ,a customer had fallen on their sidewalk. The heat index was 111. I asked her if she was okay and told her I would get help. I was carrying a child and informed an employee who called for a manager. The employees first words to the elderly lady laying face up was "How did you fall" . She stated she was calling 911. I was concerned about the heat and her face covered in sweat. I gave her some baby wipes to put on her face and another customer offered an umbrella. At that point, a member of mgt. thought to offer a wet cloth. They treated the injured lady like she did something wrong and was very cold in their approach. I will not shop there again!

Georgia is a fantastic trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and so, so helpful. All training was personalized to Sophie. Not only did she train Sophie and us, she offered lots of helpful information on how to deal with specific issues. We couldn’t recommend her any higher or we would have. Last I checked about $329. I have a couple ferrets 1 from Petco and rescued one of them from an add on Craigslist which I only paid $100 for. But she was severely neglected and starved. She's 100% healthy now.

Speak directly to the store manager of the store you wish to go. Ask for Heather at the store on 40. I have found her to be most helpful. She will actually ask around until a question has been resolved! Good luck. :)
