yes. I've seen dogs and cats with various rescue. organization. I think mainly Marion county animal services though.
I think that would be a question for Petco. I do believe all pets are welcome at the store. I have open invitation to bring my pet with me while shopping there. I do know on occasions they have sponsored times to adopt pets.
