They were quick and easy in helping me get approved for covid-19 rental assistance for the last 15 months and my utilities are for the next 3 months on top of that. First time ever asking our government for help and very pleased how fast the process took. Application process took about two weeks from the time i applied till the time i got approved and my landlord recieved the check two days later in the mail. Couldve been a few days quicker if my landlord didnt have difficulties getting what i beilieve was called a w-9 form. Thank you for everything i now can take breather knowing everything is going to work out. Just in time before the eviction hold expires in few days.
