Their drive through vaccine clinic is amazing. The staff and volunteers were efficient, polite, and kind. They are doing such wonderful work in this community.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment. Your appointment time will not be recognized. I sat 2 hours in the car line, wasted 18 miles in gas sitting in the heat. You can't have your dogs sitting in 90° weather without AC on. For the price I paid, it's much easier going to a private vet clinic and paying the same price for faster service. I did notice, those that complained got their pet seen faster. Don't bother with others appointments, complaints lead the way for faster service. The only plus to this was the staff was polite. If it wasn't for the polite staff, 1 star would have been given. Please put a note on your website that it's a pre registration and not an appointment.

If your needing to get your pets neutered or spayed this is the best place to go!! I was able to get both my mini dachshund a male and female done. The cost is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and loving towards your pets. Give great aftercare instructions as well as answer any questions you may have. Don't hesitate. Give them a call.

How long ago was this posted?
I would like to know if they have small dogs for adoption....and how much would the cost be..
Call vocals during the week and talk to someone there. They can answer all your questions. During the time of an ad I was able to get my Belgian malnois Shepard's neutered for free but I had to pay for their boosters. Bout 76.00 for both I think. This is a good place. Give vocals a call. If you get a recording keep trying. Think they get in the office after 10:00. I dont remember. If you can't get through there call snip it's in Inverness. I had an appointment there but had to cancel had a out of town emergency. But made an appointment with vocals for when I returned. Best of luck to ya.
Best to call first. The gate is often locked and, based upon what they can help you with, someone different would be there to help.
Vocal has a vast variety of different breeds! I'm sure you're furever friend can be found there ! Please check it out, they are an absolutely amazing bunch of people who want to help! Earth Angels work there!
I don't know. I don't work there.
Call them they do not breed discriminate.
Yes they are a great place and maybe they can help.

I'm sorry, you would have to ask someone who works rhere
Hello! We are a volunteer based group and not staffed to handle the public with normal business hours. However, anyone who would like to visit our facility and learn more about our non-profit is welcome to schedule an appointment so we can accommodate you. We welcome the public but request you schedule an appointment first.
He might want to try contacting Sheltering hands although a lot of the time they claim they're busy it's not that difficult to get a safe little trap set up that they use for raccoons and put food in it and trap them get them fixed then you have to decide if you want to bring them back and feed them but at least they'll already be fixed you can't just leave them out there to continue to breed
You can look on the website and view all the adoptable animals
Contact them directly by phone
We accept all breeds based on temperament and space/resources available.
Please contact VOCAL directly. I adopted a dog from them in December. I do not work there.
Hi Karla! Our spay-neuter partner TLC PetSnip, who is here in Ocala, offers these services. Please visit our partnership site to book your appointment: www.fixmarion.org
If they have room most shelters are full they are awesome people have you tried a Doberman only rescue
I don't know about specific breeds but some of the shelters in Marion actually carry mixed as well as pure breeds. My friend adopted a purebred Pomeranian at one of them because so many puppy mill animals wind up here.
No. This is a rescue that helps the animals in most urgent need, such as on the euthanasia list of the animal control. There are other boarding places nearby. Try Cuddle Bugs. It is about a mile away from there
They asked a question here where vocal see but they never answer.
I am not certain if they help but I believe the Marion County SPCA does. Good luck.
No Stephanie, we did not we took in a very small dog to be a companion to my Bernese Mountain Dog
