Zara is usually half decent, but this location is rough to say the least. Rude staff, long lines, and no fitting rooms. When I asked a staff member why the fitting rooms weren’t open they said it was because they were re-pricing their stock. Now I look at some of the other reviews here and it seems that they haven’t had open fitting rooms in quite a while… 🧐

Zara has always been great. But the management needs improvements at this location. It's common problem to keep close check out windows while the waiting line is big. Also, the second floor was closed for check-out. Please, make changes for the comfort of your customers. The team members are great and fast! Thank you!
