Edit: Turns out they outsource their card production ALL THE WAY IN SOUTH DAKOTA. So I waited two weeks only for my card to already be cancelled cause they pre-cancel it despite you needing to call to create a pin. So instead of waiting for you to verify the card and cancelling the others they just nuke all of them. Thanks now I have to wait who knows how long for another cause the only way to talk to customer service is to request a new one so I’ve prob got a ton heading this way :). You will never get in contact with anyone no matter what hour of day you call. Finally get a hold of someone and request a replacement card only for the person to not submit it. Waited two weeks for something that was never coming. Absolutely incompetent

Like every single government office and program in FL - a failure. They absolutely designed it so people feel hopeless and give up. Shame on you FL - just can't get anything together. Def not voting for this governor after the past 3 years.

My case worker Jessica. She answered the phone accidentally one time for me! But she never picked up or returned my messages after. All I needed was the address to drop off my wage verification paperwork . So I was denied benefits. Jessica you should lose your job.
