I visited the minute clinic and saw Kerri. She was amazing! Quick, efficient, and kind. I’ve never been to a minute clinic and I’m so thankful Kerri is who I ended up seeing. Great experience with her!

What an awful experience. I was charged for a visit when I didn't have a visit. I was told if I wanted to switch my prescription, it'd be no big deal. I was charged a visit fee without a visit. Don't take these people at their word because it means nothing. They just want to run up your bill. I can't stand unethical businesses that put profit before people.

This place was once a life saver. I used to have a 5 star review because of their program they offer Veterans. Veteran BEWARE! Find a different location, they don't know how to do their jobs at this location. Chief Complaint: Ear Pain and Ringing in Right Ear Secondary Symptoms: Vertigo, Headache, Nausea Me: "I think I have an ear infection or ruptured ear drum and need an ear exam." After 10 minutes of failing to find the proper filing information for Veterans, a program they offer, they collectively decided not to exam me at all. Them: "We don't treat headaches." Huh..... NO EXAMINATION, VITALS, NOTHING... Straight from their website: "We're ready to treat you like family. We've partnered with the VA to provide eligible veterans with services for select conditions including: Sinus infections & congestion Ear infections & earaches <-------------------------------------------------------- Flu-like symptoms Sore & strep throats You could receive up to 5 visits at no cost. If you have private insurance, you might be eligible for additional services." They sent me on my way and I called their patient care hotline and spoke with someone who has knowledge of the program who made me a new appoint at a different location for the next day. Simple ear ache.... probably nothing....

Took my son there to get a flu shot. Arrived 20 minutes before close. They said they were already shut down for the night. Spent 5 minutes making appointment for him with nurse (could've given him the shot in that time). Made appointment for next morning. They open at 8:30. First slot was supposedly taken so the appointment was set for 8:40. Get there at 8:30. No one there. Kiosk display shows only one appointment at 8:40. No 8:30 appointment scheduled. Can't check in because there's no one there and I never received an email with confirmation code. 8:45 no one's there. Go to pharmacy to ask what's up. They try to call nurse. Can't reach her. 9am they say an on-call nurse is on her way. 30 minutes out. We bailed. No phone call to reschedule. What a waste of time.

Yes you should as long as you bring your prescription bottle with you. However, your primary should be able to call in enough to cover you until your appt.
