Took my son to get his ID the other day. I completely forgot that the office does appointments only. However, the receptionist squeezed us in due to a cancelation. We were seen within 5 mins. Sayla was so helpful and patient. The customer service at this DMV is outstanding!

TAX COLLECTOR...the tax collector commeth!! Sounds a wee bit intimidating... So, we didn't actually come here for tax purposes of any sort. We came here for the DMV related matters instead. This location is actually a Florida State DMV, not the regular county DMV...so weird to me...I guess it's a Florida thing? (shrugs shoulders) You can get an ID or drivers license for anywhere in the state of FL here unlike the county DMV's which are...you guessed it - County specific. The inside is very well organized, clean and well kept. They also had a 3rd party, cleaning company sanitize every station and chair as soon as it was used and vacated. COVID times! Made an appointment on line and came here. I gotta say the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Very friendly staff...no issues, no dramas. Gotta love the local government efficiency...kudos Pinellas County!

My experience was also very good! DL renewal with all the extra docs and a side of plate renewal too. Martha handled my special needs proficiently and was friendly and smiley. Totally a no pain experience.

I actually had a really good experience here. Arrived for a 4pm appt and was expedited through the process of renewing my plate/reg/tax and title. Unfortunately, I didn't have my passport or divorce decree from 20 years ago to show proof of the name I've been using for 30 years. Just know a Real ID from another state doesn't replace need for passport, etc. Be sure you have everything you need before you go!

I believe its is in a way, according to your service category. My side advice go very early. Its in and out
Keep looking appointments open often
Yes, gorenew.com, should be able to do it easily just verify the info
Laurie Hicks, Yes you can go on person to reinstate your Drivers License, but YOU MUST CALL AHEAD AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...So important !
Just Google the one you want to go to get there phone number and call them
Changed in what way?
All dmv by appointments only even tax appraisers offices etc
Yes online
Everything is by appointment only right now
Yes
I think the only option is to go online and make the appt. in their website. If you called, they would have to punch it into the same website themaelves so, why noit skip a step and do ot yourself?
Appointment only
Online appointment schedule.
Went very smooth.Like playing bingo. Wait for your number.
Go get the book they offer. There are sample questions and all of the test material is covered.
Call your nearest Dmv and they'll let you know
At this time you need an appointment
What do I need to get replace a drivers license?
Don't bother you will be on hold for hours you can make an appointment online takes 5 mins Fyi appointments are at least a week out
I did mine on their website on my phone.
I had to wait in a line outside for about 20 minutes with a appointment, 30 minute wait inside to be served.
You have to go online Pinellas County DMV proposed at the calendar you will be able to take a date at a time
Sure do ! Wear mask !
Correct!! No walk ins currently:)

Yes, You have to have an appointment to get in the facility.
As far as I know, I have an appointment
I think... $25.!?
Actually you are required to turn them in after 30 days of relocating. You can mail them back to the CTDMV. The process was really easy. I did my license, insurance and registration at the same time. You can also get your title as well. I hope this helped...
Just walk in with proper docs
If you moved but are still in the same state You just go into the DMV and fill out a change of address form and bring it up to which ever clerk is available and they will change it in the system. You can request a new license with the new address that I believe you will have to pay for, I think 10 or 15 dollars.. or you can just keep the one you have as long as the right address is in the system. If you moved to a different state, then you need to get a new license for that state, and they will either cut the corner off the old one and throw it away, or if for some reason you want to keep it, they still have to cut the corner off but you keep it, it's just not valid. If you don't want to go to the DMV , you can mail them a letter stating I, (your name), of (your current full address, city, state, zip) request that my residential and my mailing address be changed to (new full address). And You have to physically sign your name and date it and put your birthday under your signature.
Soon times I am waiting about 5 mins. At the end of the month I have waited 30-40 minutes...very well run office
Call them. They'll tell you.
You would have to go there and ask. I'm not sure
Yes
Get a copy of the form that requires your physician to request the placard and indicate the reason for handicap parking. Once completed bring it to the DMV along with your driver's license and money if it is a temporary placard.
Insurance,VIN #, ID, Proof of adress unless you have newer ID, Money.
Social security card/birth certificate, proof of address and current license
Defends if you renew for 8 years. 55.00 was for me. Renewed. Change of address could be done at the same time same price. 35.00 for one year because my driver's lisence will expire in a year. Hope this helps
Not sure
Don't know
No, you can walk in but appointments are preferred if you don't want to wait for 2+ hours.
Why make one, just walk in. I've never done that But if you call the number it directs you to what you need.
Yes as far as I know.
Only if you've moved.
8 a.m.
Only will be a fine if you got a citation, (ticket for driving w/o insurance), and the amount is determined by the Traffic Court Judge on your court date so it varies. I hope this helps.
