Very unprofessional door says lunch from 1-2 and I came in at 1:30 and the doors were closed, and I’m here waiting at 2:00 now it’s already 2:12 and all the staff members are bearly walking in with their lunch!!!! This place needs to have a set lunch/brake schedule instead of having all staff members leave for lunch together!!! 2:15 now and still no door open

Doctor is awesome dude. Treats everyone very friendly and professionally. Great that they make appointments but leave time open for walk-ins every day. Staff has always been cordial and respectful. Maybe the complainers are rude people and the staff is just reacting to them? I'll be going to this guy until he retires (only 37 now), I move away or I die.

Loved the doctor. When I saw the area and building, I was apprehensive. The area is in a older area of Los Angeles, East Los Angeles. But, once I was inside, I was ashamed I had 'judged a book by its cover. My appointment was a 9 am, I was seen by 9:30 am and out by 10:00 am. Office was packed, but I was seen at my scheduled time and was out within a hour. Good service, kind doctor and good selection of lens makes this a great place to get glasses.

A little too long for the wait sometimes ( since it gets packed) but very fast though , doctor is very Nice & in a good mood always, very professional went on a Monday and now on Thursday my glasses are ready!
