I have been baking with this branch for years. The customer service has declined so significantly that I don’t even want to deal with it anymore. Every single time I go to the bank I have to sit in the drive-through for 20 to 30 minutes just to make a deposit. They have no customer service, no help and the ATM is broken over 75% of the time. They know there’s an issue here and clearly they do not care otherwise they would be making some adjustments. I understand staff shortages and Covid and all the other things they want to blame this on but enough is enough.

Very poor customer service. They are not even answering their phones anymore (multiple calls on different days). I have a very simple question but am unable to speak with anyone. Their website directs me to make an appointment but there is nothing available, even a phone call, for over a week. I thought this might be due to covid but was able to easily call and speak with other banks in my area. The drive-thru representative gave me $700 more than I asked for. After I sent the money back through letting them know they made a mistake it it took them 15 minutes to give me my original withdrawal and that made me late for an appointment. After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
