So where do I start? If I can give this bank 0 stars I would. First thing their sign is smaller than all other stores nex to it. The door wouldn't unlock with my card, I had to wait till someone came out and opened it for me. Then there are no tellers so I had to go in a room. I went and well look at the pictures I posted. The tv told me to click on the ipad. The Ipad Was locked. I left that room and entered another room. Luckily that ipad was working. The tv said 5 min of waiting, then after the countdown was over then 5 more minutes appeared again. Thanks to this bank I missed depositing the money I needed. Tomorrow my account will be over drafted and I will be charged fees. Thank you for this inconvenience. I will be taking my business to chase.

Bank of America has went to hell! Can't go I. And talk to a bank employee! 90% of the time the ATM doesn't work! Either the deposit function doesn't work or withdrawal function doesn't work! And this issue is at several locations! And a course they're blaming everything on Covid! This Excuse is beginning to be really old!

It randomly closes and locks people out on days it's supposed to be open, like Friday. Utterly unreliable and useless. Calling only tells you to go online, further proof that this building is a waste of space, since even the company agrees!
