I went to lock my card because I lost it she locked my A joint account I paid 5$ to get my card fast and second day I tried to use my joint account its lock I receive wrong card and still my account without lock and without new card until i call customer service on the phone for another chase them fix it for me

Went into the bank after being on the phone the whole day which they never answer the phone leave you on hold for 50 minutes then disconnect you bank was no help just gave me the same number to call that I've been calling for the last 4 hours unbelievable

They were one of the few places offering Safe Deposit Boxes and I was able to open one with no problems. No other experiences so far.
