New management are shifty and have hidden fees, changed rates and no idea how to run an apartment complex. Valet trash is a complete joke they come MAYBE twice a week, but you are forced to pay either way! Absolutely so many better places to live than here.

The new management takeover is horrible. The fees they keep tacking on make these already over priced apartments ridiculous. You hear every footstep from the tenants above and nothing is ever done about it. We had our AC go out for 2 weeks before someone came to fix it. Move anywhere but here!

Horrible place to live they just raising rent 200 plus to renew I think it's illegal to due that. These people don't care and are rude, parking is terrible here. Don't waste your time moving here I do not recommend this community at all!!!!

I have lived here for 4 months now and my experience has been very good.The ladies in the office are quick to address any concerns you may have as far as maintenance issues I had a drippy faucet and the maintenance dept fixed it that day , 2 minutes later fixed done. The apts. are brand new modern and open floor plan . The amenities are first class And the gym is excellent and I get a good work out . I’ve made some good friends and love the location . I’ve lived all over the grand strand and the apts., the location and staff are the best I’ve experienced
