Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They refuse to do any sort of maintenance. Theres an uncovered pump in the ground outside my unit thats become a ses pool. They told me id need to be patient but its been a month now. The garage has black mold all over the wall that they know about but yet again im told to be patient. Also, the air conditioner fills the condensate trap and shuts off every couple days at least and ive started having to empty it myself since i cant wait for them to decide to do their job. The office manager andrew is rude and incredibly unprofessional. Yelled at me and called me a liar when I first moved in and the place was disgusting. Yelled at my mother who was trying to ask a simple question as well. They also catfish you on the tour. They show you a nice updated place and then end up putting you in a smelly apartment with stained carpets, peeling paint, and original bathrooms. I wish I would have known how awful this place was before signing a lease but thank God it's a short lease. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Very nice place to live. The management and maintenance crew are great. I am happy here. Nice neighbors and friendly pets.

I'm so sad to be leaving but this is one of the best communities I've ever lived in. I was fortunate enough to live here while bing a full-time student, and the support I've gained has been so amazing. The staff and my neighbors have been so awesome throughout the journey here, I can't thank them or ever repay them. I love the safety/security I've always felt here, the beauty of the area and the environment.
