Went to the drive thru to do a regular transaction between my business and personal account. Waited over 15 minutes when I was the only person in line. Hit the call button multiple times and no answer. I get frustrated and walk inside. They gave no explanation that made sense other than they were waiting for the manager to approve yet the manager was not busy sitting in her office doing nothing and she didn’t come approve the transaction until I complained about waiting a long time. They didn’t seem to care that they made me wait for an unusual time too. I been banking with PNC for nearly 20 years and in this brief encounter it was one of the most top 3 unpleasant experiences I’ve had with this bank. Avoid this branch at all cost, they do not represent PNC well.

As other reviews say. The drive thru is absolutely horrible. The bankers are wonderful. Respectful, professional, but I blame the people who come here without deposit or withdrawal slips and have a bunch of transactions to make. That backs up an already slow drive thru. PNC is a good bank, but they need to make things quicker. It's a 20-30 minute wait. Fyi. I wanted to take out 5000.00 from my account and they only allow you to take out a portion of it per day. You can only take out like 2 or 3,000.00 per day. Inconvenient but it is what it is.

I have an business account which allows me to have access to funds that’s needed to run my business successfully. I wasn’t able to to withdrawal the amount that was needed only was given the amount that was available to all customers because of the fact the bank’s supervisor told us because it’s tax season the funds are limited to 2,000 a person.

I was unhappy with my experience at this bank. I wasn't able to go inside the bank due to the covid so I waited in a long line in the drive thru for probably 20 - 30 minutes. The teller said that I'd be able to withdraw the amount of money that I needed then once I filled out the withdraw slip she told me and waited for 5 to 10 minutes she tells me that she talked to her supervisor and since I withdrew money from another bank I couldn't take out any more money that day. So I called the customer service number and they told me they don't know why the bank didn't give me my money so I just went to another location and withdrew my money with no problems. And what made me really upset was that the teller didn't really have any remorse or care that I'd been waiting so long so I won't be returning to this bank.
