Rude Secretary, impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. Sercretary straight up lied to us. According to the Long Beach Health Department the request for a death certificate was recieved by them a month after the cremation.

I just recently attended a funeral service for a close family friend this past Saturday and I must say they did an amazing job.

My Dad passed away unexpectedly in 2018. They went above and beyond to help with tracking down paperwork. He served in the military but never mentioned it. They tracked down his DD14 and we buried him in Riverside. They did services at his burial and mentioned everything about my Dad and how good of a husband, father, and grandpa, he was. They were very compassionate and understanding. They were patient with my mom who had just lost her husband.

I am forever thankful for how easy Mrs. Dolores made the process. The staff was so kind to me in my time of need. I'm happy with how they did exactly what I asked when it came to my mother. My mom looked beautiful and so was her service. My only complaint I can make is they kept getting all the names wrong but maybe due to so many ppl needing funerals unfortunately they prolly don't have time to practice or ask how to pronounce before the service.
