I went to see a mobile home on 06/27/19 and fell in love with this small place. I even told the persone that I really like the place and even filled out an application. Well I got an email today 6/28/19 and this is what it said. X Other, specify: Statements by applicants indicate they will not be happy with this home and are unlikely to reside there long term. Me and my mom said no such thing I don't want to say racist but I feel like that is what it was.

Do you have a 820sq ft if so how much is the rent
Park rules allow pick up trucks in good condition, as long as there is no advertising on it. If you have a removable magnet sign and remove it when the truck is in the park, that works!
We welcome applicants with a track record of paying their bills and rent on time. It's a really nice place to live.
I was there today. It's not bad. I would give it a 6. The outside area is hit or miss. It has a mix of old and new homes around it.
We often have one bedroom homes available. Manufactured homes are better than apartments or duplexes because there are no shared walls, and a good distance between homes!
