This place is family owned and ran. It is definitely up and coming and they are pretty on it as it pertains to the upkeep, and filtering out the best of tenants. It’s in a friendly and quiet neighbor and everybody seems to know everybody and their are all so friendly and welcoming. I met Debbie, one of the tenants and she was simply a joy. My client Ms. Karen is such a wonder spirit. I also met the manager and from what everybody says, she does a great job running not just that Mobile Park but 2 by herself, so kudos to her! Ownership has definitely put back into the Mobile Park with careful selections of selected upgrades and that is always something that is appreciated so 5 stars! Though they are in the desert lands, they actually get rain and SNOW. and all kinds of tropical kind of weather! Can you believe it? It really is a nice place in the cut of the mountains.. safe and satisfactory! Nice place to call home. Stop by and see about your new home.

Manager is completely rude. She seems like she is here for the paycheck and a free place to live. Maintenance is great, they do what they can with what they are given (they are the reason for the 2 stars). We moved in a year and a half ago and all we've had is problem after problem. We call maintenance at least twice a month, some times for the same things we called about the month before. They say give them 2 weeks and you can move in. Take more time if you need it next time guys. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone especially those with kids. $1,095 for a 1 bedroom here is a joke, glad we got here before they started ripping people off even more. I can't wait to move out of here. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!

Good management who cares about their tenants. Any issues are addressed quickly and handled professionally. Neighbors are respectful. Safe community to live in.
