This place is a jokeThey call themselves a family park. But the kids that live there they can’t ride their bikes outside they can’t play outside and they can’t even play in the parking area as well. There is no place for kids to be kids I think it’s unfair to call it a family park

It's the best mobile home park in town the people are nice and friendly managment runs a tight ship keep it nice & clean me & the family love living here

Do they rent mobile homes out now
As far as I know there are no HOA. you can check homes.com and other websites. Good luck
For residents in the park, possibly. Next door has public rental space
