The charging port on my phone needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and replaced it, only to find out the part they received wasnt quite right (not their fault). They were quick to remedy the issue and my phone works perfectly again. Their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. Their prices are great as well.

I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max in to have the screen replaced and she ended up telling me after she did the repairs that my Apple ID face recognition feature would no longer function and still charged me $350.00.. A week later I’ve had nothing but problems with the touchscreen clicks on random things by itself Kip’s from one app to another can’t type this message because it doesn’t type correctly I have to use voice texting and she wouldn’t do anything said that it’s my fault and it needs a new screen even though she just installed this screen a week ago

My stepbrother had an iPhone screen done a few years back. He was visiting from Orange county and he said it would have been about 130.00 by his home. I believe it was less than 100.00 and took about a half an hour to fix at Phone Depot. It was a few years back though so like the others said, no obligation to have her give you an estimate. She is not pushy or demanding at all.😁
Janti will take care of your phones problem at a decent price. No price gouging there, she does excellent work and will give you an approximate time to pick up your phone. She's done several repairs and services for me, I can't say enough.
You need to contact the store owner. Normally all you can do is replace the screen.
