This office never answers the phone! Very frustrating. Doctor Hardly works

I wish I could give 0 stars. This “Doctor” would only speak to me with a man present (I would have my brother drive me as I was in a wheelchair) & in those instances Dr would speak to him & not me, the patient. He kept insisting I “probably” had MS. Did an MRI & said it didn’t show anything but it was probably still MS. He refused further testing because testing for MS is dangerous. He wouldn’t take me seriously, I stopped going to see him & stopped seeking medical help for awhile out of discouragement. Years later my current doctor finds Chiari on a new MRI she ordered! I finally got the images from my first one in 2017, had to hunt them down & it showed my malformation! Something he NEVER told me, just insisted it was probably MS. I now have permanent spinal cord damage because he didn’t inform me so I could seek treatment sooner. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
