I purchase some trimmers that don’t work and i was told they don’t refunds. I saw no sign and was not told this at checkout. Only find out when i returned them 2days later. So don’t buy clippers or trimmers from them better off buying on Amazon so you can return them if they don’t work without going through all changes. With people purchasing things online you would think stores would be glad people are coming back and not make it difficult in cases like this. If i had the trimmers for months i could understand the no. So Sally’s make that sign bigger and tell people before you take they credit that you don’t do returns on clipper or trimmers. It’s really not fair at all. I’ve complained to Corporate already as well.

Why is this store never open. This is the second time I’ve came here and they were supposed to be open and we’re not! They are supposed to be open til 8 and it’s 7:15!

Closed before stated hours. If you wanna reduce hours make it so you open later. People get off work and need to go here. No one is shopping here before 3pm 🙄 Guess I'm shopping on Amazon now.

Store associate with the mushroom cut was amazing! However why are your employees working in 100 degree heat not to mention (subjecting customers) with a broken AC? Poor woman had a fan behind the register rotating hot air. OSHA may need to pay this location a visit
